Deblin Jennings has been in business since 1988 offering small business marketing and administrative services. In 2000 she also opened a shop in Pickerington known as Deblin Design. She is the wife of Frank Jennings and mother of 4, who has lived in Lithopolis for over 20 years. Deblin is involved in the Pickerington Chamber of Commerce, Past President of the Pickerington Business Association, and is a Kiwanian.

Jared McGill has been the Project Manager for McGill Air Clean LLC for the past two years. He had worked the previous four years for Ryan Homes-Philadelphia in different management positions. A resident of Fairfield County for 19 years, he and his wife Christina currently reside in Pickerington. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and is committed to preserving the history, traditions and benefits of the Wagnalls facilities for future generations.

Carl Heister is branch manger of HER Real Living Realtors in Canal Winchester. He has been a licensed Realtor for 12 years. Having grown up in Bloom Township, Carl and his wife, Phyllis, again reside here. Carl has been active in numerous community and civic organizations. He and Phyllis have 3 sons and 1 daughter and 6 grandchildren.

John Rogers is a contractor and is the owner of Rogers Basement Waterproofing Co. He has been a self-employed business owner for over 35 years. In more recent years, John and his wife, Michelle, have expanded their business interests in the area of land and property development. They moved into Bloom Township in 2001. In addition to the community work with Wagnalls, John serves as a trustee at Hope United Methodist Church in Canal Winchester, and as a district trustee for the Columbus South District UMC.
