September Weekends Garden Activities

In conjunction with the Lithopolis Honeyfest there will be an informational bee walk through the Wagnalls Garden every weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) in September.

You will have to search for the 5 bees each week!  Where will they be hiding?

 Each Saturday from 9am – 12pm

There will be an observation hive that you can watch under the pavillion.

Honey vendors will be set up in front of our community building and there will be a few food trucks too!  Come support our local honey vendors!

“Bee” sure to stop in and visit the library too!

There are so many great books about bees!

The library is open on Saturdays from 10am – 2pm

Welcome to the Wagnalls Memorial Foundation!

We’re pleased to showcase some of the creative members of our community as part of our Art at the Wagnalls video series. The Wagnalls Memorial Foundation has been a valuable arts, educational and cultural destination in central Ohio since it opened in 1925, bringing the community together through an active engagement with the arts, the humanities and culture.

In these videos, we’ll share with you some of what makes The Wagnalls Memorial Foundation so special: the artistic talent and craftsman skills that are the hallmark of our community.

We hope you enjoyed these videos.

POSTPONED

As the COVID-19 numbers continue to trend, we have had to adjust our plans to be in line with the current guidelines from our state health department, with the most recent instruction received that we must postpone Winterfest.

Join us next year for the first annual Winterfest 2021 Arts & Crafts Show at the end of November 2021. We would love for you to be part of the magical winter weekend we have planned at The Wagnalls Memorial Foundation.

Winter at Wagnalls has never been more magical! In 2021, we’ve got something spectacular planned as the Memorial becomes transformed into a beautiful winter wonderland with rooms beautifully adorned by a former White House decorator! Over 10 Christmas trees decorated in different themes will be on display and available for purchase. Plus, a holiday craft show, Santa and the Elves, a bake shop, live music, snacks and holiday music.
